For what purpose and on what legal basis is the processing based?
The video surveillance is carried out to exercise domiciliary rights, to prevent criminal offenses and to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.
The legal basis for video surveillance is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, whereby our interests arise from the aforementioned purposes.
Insofar as special categories of personal data are processed, this is done on the basis of Art. 9 para. 2 lit. f) in conjunction with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR.
How long is the data stored?
The stored video recordings are regularly deleted as soon as they are no longer required to achieve the purpose or statutory retention periods have expired. This usually takes place after 72 hours.
To which recipients will the data be passed on?
The data collected will not be passed on to third parties unless this is necessary for the fulfillment of the monitoring purpose or required by law (e.g. disclosure to law enforcement authorities).
Where is the data processed?
The data is processed exclusively in data centers in the Federal Republic of Germany.

In the case of a request for information that is not made in writing, we ask for your understanding that we may then require you to provide evidence that proves that you are the person you claim to be.
